There is exactly five weeks left of 2020. Most people wait until January to resolve to work on themselves; to set intentions to change something in their lives that will get them closer to their goals.
But why do we need to wait until then? What is it about January that all of a sudden makes us think we will be that much more organized, stronger, disciplined, focused, etc?
We need to start the change process RIGHT NOW.
And really...we don't have many excuses. It's not like we have all these extra-curricular’s, holiday parties or social gatherings that will get in the way. This is most certainly a time where, as a Coach, I say "no excuses".
What will YOU change over the next five weeks that will get you closer to your goal; to achieve a positive result?
The time is going to pass anyway. Let's get ahead of ourselves and start working towards success RIGHT NOW. Because if nothing changes, nothing changes right?
Make the decision to commit TODAY. Resolve right now. Not tomorrow. Now December 1st. Not January 1st (because pssst...we will still be in this pandemic). T-O-D-A-Y.
