New class at The Shed!
Fit with Samantha Mondays at 7:30 am
Samantha and I got to know each other during our semi-private yoga sessions with her and her father. The peace and the steadiness that these two exude make them a joy to be around. I've watched Samantha take over the Nun's Island fitness community through her weekly Zoom classes, private clients, instagram tips and killer playlists to keep us all motivated.
Like many, Samantha started her fitness journey when she needed to prioritize balance and self-care. She turned to fitness as a way to release, and connect with her body. A few months turned into an exciting passion and that is when she decided that she wanted to share that with the world. She is a certified personal trainer and has given more than 350 group classes. Her main goal as a trainer is to make everyone she encounters feel accomplished, connected and happy (even on harder days). Fitness is more than just working out, it is a way to be one with your mind, body and soul. And let’s be real, who doesn’t like feeling strong and powerful!
It's safe to say that Samantha is a wonderful addition to The Shed and I am beyond excited for her classes. Her passion, dedication and holistic fitness approach is inspiring. This woman is all heart and she fits right in.
