My precious MarchMin friends, I pray you're well and resting in He who alone offers "peace that passes understanding" in such a time as this. Choosing the first image of my new-look newsletter I had to go with God's Word. These scrolls, created for The Gospel According to John, were hand-penned in Hebrew by a Messianic volunteer, letter by Spirit-inspired letter. This is my favorite aspect of John - it's God's Word, the Gospel - "the power of God unto salvation" (Romans 1:16). Glory to Jesus! |

God's Word is the revelation of Jesus, our guide to conducting life this side of heaven, our anchor through every storm - even this "storm." May I encourage you, my friend, turn off the "voices" that stir fear. His Word brings calm, confidence, rest and sureness - His "perfect love that drives out fear" (1 John 4:18), even as... ...We pray - and pray and pray! May our communities, nations, families, friends...seize this opportunity to run to Jesus as He so desires - and may that begin with we who are His children! |

I received an email last week from a dear brother whose ear for God's Spirit I trust and respect. He wrote, "...our Father wants His family back." I don't know about anyone else but in my spirit those words feel profoundly true. And so we rend our hearts, my friends - all of us. We turn away from the chatter that only foments fear, pull our dear ones closer than ever, and cry out to "Daddy" with all we are. Praise the name of Jesus! |

Please know we are making inch-by-inch progress on John daily. There is much to share but the days when folks will read long text are sadly bygone. And given the current crisis sensitivity calls me to focus on encouragement. But suffice it to say, we've moving forward day by day! |
