I do not mean to be The Grinch, but, the holidays can have a tendency to bring us just as much stress as they do joy. We spend so much time ensuring that everything is as beautiful and wonderful as our loved ones desire, that often times we put our own desires, and needs, on the back burner. If you are at all like me, come January 2nd you're feeling exhausted and underappreciated. This year I am strongly committed to not letting that happen. Want to know how? With some good oldfashioned self-care. To add a little bit more joy to YOUR holiday season, I am offering my Glamour Eyes & Lip treatment for just $15 as an add-on to a customized facial, or $20 as an individual treatment! This amazing treatment will firm and tone, reduce fine lines, hydrate, and stimulate regeneration of the eye and lip areas. Want to give the gift of joy that self-care provides? Grab a gift certificate or two for your friends and family while you're here! In this month's newsletter, I will share three articles with you that provide simple, creative ways we can all show ourselves a little well deserved TLC on a daily basis to help us get through the holidays and ring in the new year while maintaining a joyful mindset. |

After reading these three articles, here are the tips I am going to implement every single day in order to fill my bucket and ensure that I enjoy the holidays to their fullest... - Start the day off with a glass of water
- Have a dance party at least once a day
- Start a nightly wind-down routine that includes reading for 30 minutes
- Sit up, and stand up, straight
May your holiday season be merry, bright, joyous, peaceful, and love-filled! And, as always, thank you for choosing me as your skin girl! Cheers! Thalia |
