Signage and brochures (maps) Please note that the date for collecting your pack of brochures and signs from the Business Hub (9 Bank Street) has been changed (because of HebCelt). It is now Monday 22 July. If you can't come on that day, please arrange for another member to collect for you. Or if this is simply not possible, let us know and we will do our best to find a solution. You are responsible for the safety of your signage and venue. |

Help with publicity! Please encourage your visitors to go on to other OSH venues. It would be a good idea to display the map at your venue so they can plan their route. We also rely on you to publicise OSH as much as you can, by telling your friends about it, putting up posters and using social media. Remember you can follow OSH on Please tag Open Studios Hebrides on any relevant social media posts you write. Use #OpenStudiosHebrides or @OpenStudiosHebrides (remember to use Studios non Studio, capitalising the words increases accessibility) Posting and reposting of social media items helps to increase everyone's visibility. |

Visitor log It is vital that we all keep a record of our visitors, as we need to report back to our funders, Creative Scotland, on this. As a minimum, we must have a total number of visitors on each day, to each location. Customer feedback is also very useful. You can find a visitor log sheet here (or if that's a problem, just make your own!) Group Venues We need a total log for the group venues, please share this task between yourselves and remember to direct visitors to sign the log. It will also be useful, for comparison with previous years and going forward, to have ideas of sales totals from each artist, for each day. Information and feedback will be collected by survey after the event. |

Free Art Monday 22nd July Artists promote their work by placing a small piece of their artwork where it can be found by a member of the public. Please consider donating a small piece of art, or even card/s (not obligatory of course). These are to be located in local places, with clues to their whereabouts on social media (each artist does this themself). |
