When the hormones hit! 🤗 - What to do? Women and Men, or JUST when Life is...!!!
Believe me, I've been there! When the hormones & life hit, and the emotional roller coaster takes you on a wild ride...it's hard to know where to go and what to do!!
REMEMBER stay strong. Hormones and life changes can be a challenging journey, filled with ups and downs as changes sweep through.
It's a time of self-discovery, and time to navigate new emotions. Embrace the challenges, lean on your support system, and stay resilient. Take time and be strong. Here are some some ways to help with self discovery and ways to cope:
💫 Check in on your nutrition - less sugar, more proteins, less snack, a balanced diet 💫 Get your sleep - find a bedtime routine to help you relax, unwind 💫 Meet up with friends, walk, go for coffee...natter away! 💫 Take up that hobby that's been on your to-do list, whether it be knitting, baking, walking, running etc 💫 Turn off the phone/social media, even if it's just 15 mins 💫 Take a moment to breath and stretch 💫 Strength exercises to keep your body and mind strong
