Back on the Yoga mat

After a lovely Summer in Italy by the sea I am so excited to go back to my yoga teaching and therapies.

I am looking forward to seeing my old yogis again and of course to welcome new yogis into my classes!

On September 15th I will be teaching yoga @11:15 Abbey Hall, Eye, working alongside WellBeing International Ltd - A day for Me! Women's Nurturing Retreat 10-4pm. Still some spaces available! See below for details.
