It's Time for Flu Shots! Take steps toward preventing the spread of influenza by getting vaccinated. Stop by the office between 9 and 11, or contact us to schedule an appointment for another time. Your donation of $20 will help pay for the cost of the serum, but if you are unable to pay, we will still provide you with the vaccine. Protect yourself and your neighbors.

Advanced Care Planning Tuesday, October 29 at 6 pm Support your loved ones with understanding your healthcare preferences by putting them on paper. Advanced Directives are legal documents which name the person you want to be your voice for future healthcare choices if you are unable to speak for yourself. Review your existing Advanced Directive to make sure it reflects your current preferences Learn the differences between Healthcare Power of Attorney, Living Wills, and Do Not Resuscitate Orders.

Hikes with Friends Started as a response to isolation during the pandemic, TCNA's Hikes with Friends continues as a way to stay active, foster friendships and get out into wilderness, all things proven to improve our health. Caregiver Corner On November 2nd from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Mount Washington Valley Adult Center there will be the 2024 MWV Caregiver Expo. The Caregiver Expo gives caregivers tools and resources to help them improve the quality of life of their loved ones and their own caregiving experience. Click here for more information. Community Outreach Pam Martin, LPN, joined the parents and babies at story time at Cook Library for an informational session on infant emergencies, and offered a pediatric CPR class for parents. If your community group would like training in CPR or First Aid, TCNA can help! |
