It has taken us a while to get to this point but we know you will benefit from this immensely, it is a way for us to let you know what we have added to our site for you, the great opportunities that are coming your way and

It's our 40th!

I am super excited to be loading our 40th Technology course!!! At after-school.co.za along with Tablet Academy SA and The Technology Training Academy, we create and collate the best teacher training content for our teachers. We aim to add a minimum of one new course per month, seeing as though we have only been running for almost 24 months, we are way past our target of having 40 courses in our technology section.

Teaching with Tinkercad, was a fun course to make and I am excited to share it with teachers as it is such a valuable tool to use with your students. Not only can it be used in various subjects to allow your students to create the most amazing 3d shapes, but the circuits section is just fantastic for the new Coding and Robotics section along with Physical Science and circuits.
 

Did you know - we do webinars?

We have a webinar section with over 35 recorded webinars on technology! We've loaded the recorded webinars that we have attended or delivered ourselves, just in case you haven't been able to attend them live. Again we add one new webinar per month, and this month we will be adding; An overview of the Microsoft education transformation framework delivered by Tablet Academy UK. you can use these for your TYPE 1 points.

Soft Skills are so important!

I have often been asked if Technology courses are all we do. And in the beginning yes it was, that is my passion and I have always wanted to share the power of technology with teachers in all subjects. However I have quickly noticed that there is a massive need for soft skills training, so we are partnering with professionals and teachers who are superheroes in many aspects of soft skills. Proudly we have launched our Soft Skills section, with 6 relevant and well-designed courses for our teachers across the Foundation, Intermediate and Senior Phases.

The last month of our launch special pricing...

Our launch special has to come to an end and this is the month that it is happening. Once we loaded enough courses and put in the hours of endless work we are confident enough to justify dropping our school bulk price offering, so as from December 1st 2022 you will ONLY be able to buy individual subscriptions. This means if you have 50 teachers in your school you will pay for 50 subscriptions, that is R10,000.00 whereas this month you will only pay R2,500.00 for 50 teachers or less. 30 Days to go.....
