Dear Yogins,

 

Self-care is SO important during these uncertain times. Let's focus on what we can do TODAY for our health & happiness.

 

1) Breathe! Inhale with me right now & say to yourself, "I'm breathing in." Exhale & say silently, "I'm breathing out." Take slow, deep, full, easy breaths. Relax your belly. Relax your effort. Breathe a few more rounds of breath like that. Imagine breathing in what you need & exhaling what you don't need. Exhale out of the mouth & sigh. Notice yourself feeling calm.

 

2) Also, make time for fun! You can take my classes 3 times a week from home. (I think that's fun.) My schedule is above w/ directions & password.

 

Please let me know if a different time/day works for you! I'm conjuring up some weekend workshops btw.

 

I'd like you to know that I have moved out of the studio temporarily. My hope is... I will move back in when group classes are normal again. For now, I like teaching online & hope you enjoy online classes!
