You have a Spot!

Congrats - you have been allocated a spot in the inaugural Yeti Trans Tasmania Presented by Shimano event!  whoop whoop!

Thanks for being able to drop everything last minute and get an entry in for the quick shift in earlier dates. I am super excited to get this event rolling for you all!

Next Steps:

  • Click on the box below 'Online Spreadsheet' to verify what package you have received
  • You have all been given the package you requested on your registration form (email me if there is any issues with this)
  • To secure your spot you must:
    1. Within 48hrs: Put a YES or NO next to your name on the spreadsheet as to whether you are taking the spot
    2. Make payment by this Sunday November 29th (if you need an extension, please request via emailing megan@ridingbc.com)
  • Payment details below
  • This online spreadsheet saves automatically and instantly as soon as you enter data in a cell. It can be viewed via a phone but not edited on a phone unless you use the Google Sheets App. It can only be edited via a computer also. If you have access to neither then email megan@ridingbc.com for me to put yes or no next to your name
  • This online spreadsheet is also used to collect info from you leading into the event like: race plate name, arrival flight details, friends lists for rooming/accommodation allocation and more

There are 2 ways to make payment: (1) Via an Australian online bank transfer or (2) Via credit card

  • Account Name: Trans Tasmania Mtb
  • BSB Number: 084-961

  • Put your name in the reference so I know who to allocate the payment to

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:

  • An additional 3% will get added to the above prices for credit card payments
  • I am still waiting for my merchant provider to set this up and verify my account, so if you wish to pay via credit card, I will be sending out another email asap with the link to pay via this method, in the coming days

Covid and Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment is due upon confirming your entry (by Friday November 17th)
  • 50% refund up until January 1st, 2021
  • No refund after January 1st, 2021
  • The above is if you personally choose to cancel due to injury or sickness or other reason. If we cancel the event due to covid, then the below policies become into affect. I encourage you to source domestic travel insurance to cover your entry if you have to cancel due to injury or sickness:

COVID:

  1. Our 2021 dates are Feb 1-5. We have back up dates for this event for Nov 22-26, 2021. This date will only be used if Feb dates get shut down due to Covid.

  2. If COVID Australian Government policies cause the event to not be legally able to happen between now and Feb 1-5, 2021 eg borders get closed down again then we will move our Feb dates to our back up dates of Nov 22-26, 2021. If this is the case, then you will have 2 options at that point:

    1. Transfer your entry to our back up dates of 22-26 November 2021 or to the Feb 2022 event

    2. Or get a refund minus a $100 admin fee

  3. If Covid shuts down one border (eg VIC), and the event can still go ahead for Feb with enough riders from other States, then anyone living in that Locked down State can transfer their entry to Feb 2022 event

  4. We will be putting various measures into place to help with social distancing, with allocated groups for the week, meals outside where possible, briefings outside where possible and other aspects to keep things as safe as possible. These will be communicated to you leading into the event

  5. We will be following the ever changing guidelines set out by the government

Friends List

You will note on the online spreadsheet that I have pooled all your friends lists names together. All names didn't always cross reference. So say Jimmy had Sally and Tom on their list but then say Tom and Sally had additional names then Jimmy. So if you see a name on your friends list that you don't recognize, then they are friends of someone else on your friends list!   Make sure you check if its correct as I will be basing rooming/housing allocations from this list.
