JTFS Update
We were hoping by this time we would be able to let you know we have our 2020 Membership event planned and on the calendar. However, that is not the case. The Board has decided we will skip the event this year due to covid concerns.
We are still granting money, however, to public court and school programs. Most of these programs took a break at the beginning of the summer season, but are now slowly coming back.
We are adding one further program to our focus and we’re very excited to let you know about it. We have identified five high school tennis programs in our area that could each use some help with equipment and clothing. We will be meeting with each of them and explaining what we can do for their programs and how they can help us showcase our organization to the local tennis scene. If you have suggestions of schools that could use our help, please let us know (info@juniortennisfund.org) and we can add them to the list of possible grantees. The sum of $1000 will be given to each school for use exclusively for their tennis programs, both girls and boys. JTFS will be monitoring the programs as well as the use of the money.
