ASA Books Holiday Book Drive Starts Today

November 1st is National Family Literacy Day and ASA Books has decided to kick off our annual holiday book drive on this special day. We are excited to share this with you in hopes that you will help us meet our goal of sponsoring 200 books this holiday season. 

Sponsor A Class Campaign: Year 4

In 2019, ASA Books began donating a set of books to children at Andrew Carnegie Elementary School in Chicago, IL. It started off with just one kindergarten classroom. Each year, we set a goal to increase the number of children we gifted our books. 
 
The first 3 years, ASA Books donated solely on our own. But as we expanded to two and three classrooms and classroom sizes grew in number we decided to reach out for help.

How You Can Donate

 So, 2021 was the first year we outreached to friends and family for their help with reaching our goal. With their generous support, we gifted 145 books across 8 classrooms (Correction From 6) between 2 schools. This year, we pray we are able to add to this number by including 3 schools, 2 public housing developments, and 1 community organization. But we need your help

Starting Tuesday, November 1st, we will launch our first-ever Facebook Fundraising Page HERE. The page will go live on November 2nd.
