Happy Friday Friends!!!

Happy Newsletter Friday! Welcome to those of you who are reading this for the first time and welcome back to those returning! Let's kick it off with the anticipated poll results!

THE POLL RESULTS:

WOAH! Happy New Year y'all! This last poll was checking to see how we were all feeling about this new year. 2021 was a wild ride and the rollercoaster of a ride called 2022 has begun! I know it will be a rollercoaster if I learned anything in my lifetime. But, what is the vibe we are feeling about this new year? Let's find out!

We had a WIDE range of answers. Some people thought that they are "ready to hit an even rockier bottom" while a big chunk of you are hibernating through the winter and waiting for spring. Some might feel "Brand New" and others are "Feeling 22." With all that being said, it looks like the winner is... ADVENTURE AWAITS! I can't wait to go on this next adventure of year and experience the rocky bottoms and the blissful highs. Here is to all the moments, good and bad and everything else in between. Let the adventure begin!

OTHER NEWS:

WOOF! Can you believe it is 2022?! It kinda just happened and well, here we are. I hope that everyone had a lovely new year and that you all stayed healthy. The thing that I found nice about the new year is that it provides for a great time for reflection and practice gratitude. That being said, I know that for me the hardest time of the year is just beginning, the winter. It might be a hard couple of months but, find things that make the days a little easier. I know it is hard but some small things really make all the difference.

I know that the recent COVID surges are scary. Be sure to take care of yourself. Remember, get vaccinated, boosted, wear those masks, and wash your hands! We can and will be okay but, we just gotta stay vigelant as hard as it may be (I know it is very hard). I know we will get through this. While we aren't at the end of the tunnel yet, I can feel the light shining on me brighter now than it did last year. We can do this!

Thank you for reading this and if this brought a smile to your day, feel free to forward it on and spread the cheer! Don't forget the impact a little kindness can have. It can create lots of change!

'Til next time,

...alex is out
