IMPORTANT CHANGES TO BRBC-2020

Due to COVID-19, the State of Oregon has cancelled overnight camping at all youth camps for the remainder of 2020.

With the vast majority of Northwest Rodeo Bible Camps having to completely cancel, we at BRBC are doing everything we can to give Northwest youth an opportunity to attend a

Rodeo Bible Camp this year.  Due to this regulation change BRBC-2020 has decided to switch this years event to a 5 day, Day Camp.  

In addition to state social distancing rules, the following changes will be in effect for this years camp.

• Camp is scheduled for July 26-30, 2020 during the following hours;
  • Sunday, July 26, 3:00pm - 5:00pm (First Day Check-In)
    • First Day Check-In is during this scheduled this time ONLY!  No Early or late check-ins.
    • Sunday, July 26, Check-Out - 9:00pm (Camp)
  • Monday -Thursday Check-In / Breakfast 7:00am - 8:30am
    • Monday - Wednesday, Check-out- 9:00pm (Camp)
    • Thursday, July 30, Check-Out - 2:00pm* (Approximate Time)
  • Rodeo is scheduled for 11:00 am on Thursday
    • Final Check-Out following awards ceremony on Thursday
• Parents/Guardians must check campers in and out each day.
• Parents/Guardians will take responsibility for campers during non-camp hours.
• If you are unable to attend, we will refund all pre-paid camper fees in full.

Due to the requirements above, possible accommodations are below:

• 60 RV Camping spaces available at the Pendleton Convention Center (Next to camp grounds).  Spaces rent for $30 per night with electrical hook-up and shower facilities.

• Horse trailers may be parked on camp grounds in the designated area free of charge.
• We may have a limited number of spaces available for horse trailers with living spaces on camp grounds.  No hook-ups available.  Contact us if interested.
• We are working to secure family tent spaces on camp grounds with bathroom and shower facilities.  -  Contact us if interested.

We are continually working with local businesses and individuals to provide lodging alternatives for our campers and their parents.  Please contact us if you need assistance in locating suitable accommodations for camp week.

Guidelines for Parents/Guardians:

• Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Parents / Guardians will not be allowed to interact or mingle with the campers during camp sessions.
• Parents / Guardians / Family Members are welcome to join us for breakfast and/or dinner.  There will be a designated area for Parents / Guardians / Family Members to sit during meals.  Meal tickets will be available for purchase.
• Parents / Guardians / Family Members are welcome to join us for Morning and/or Evening Chapel services.  There will be a designated area for Parents / Guardians / Family Members to sit during Chapel times.
• Please be aware that camp grounds will be secured with a locked gate each night after camp closes.
