Starting on March 18th, you will find me at LSBU Active every Saturday at 11am for your hourly Zumba® party open to all! BUT that weekend is special! 

Enjoy a second, STRONG Nation® class with Master Trainer™ Sabrina Ferro and guest instructor Adrian Borozescu at 2:30pm ONLY FOR SATURDAY 18/3 to celebrate Mother's Day. 

* These classes are not included in the LSBU membership but everyone can join either with a single ticket (£10) or a combination of both classes (£15)

* ZIN™ members, you are in for a TREAT! Stay for FREE after the Zumba® class for a full hour of mentoring and networking, 12-1pm! I am here to help you grow, answer your questions, improve your teaching skills and record videos with you all! Contact me if you wish to also participate in class (up to 3 guest instructors in every class)

🚨 Zumba® classes in Camden Town will be suspended 🚨

Tuesday 28/3 is the last Zumba® class at Fitness First Camden since the gym announced that they are closing down. I am currently viewing venues that can bring our parties back to town so if you want to help me decide click below to fill out my survey. My goal is to offer you more classes and options to join without the burden of a gym membership.

No classes, consultations or PT Sessions will be offered between 7-14 MARCH

We are traveling to GREECE! Our team is ready to depart for the annual Fitness Bootcamp. If you missed it, don't worry, we'll do this again next year with you!
