Shop Updates

Do we have bikes?

Yes, we do have some bikes. However, inventory is still hit and miss as a result of increased demand and industry shortages. We have been working around the clock to get bikes, parts, accessories and clothing. As a result, we have more inventory than most bike shops, but less than we would like. So if you’re looking to purchase a bike this summer, we strongly encourage stopping by as soon as possible—no one knows what summer holds.

What's the turnaround time for a repair?

With this fantastic riding weather—and more in the forecast—our repair department is slammed! Currently, we are about two weeks out on a tune. Please call us at 541-719-1213 to schedule an appointment to expedite the process.

Please note that certain parts are taking longer than usual to get as a result of increased demand and industry shortages. We recommend bringing in your bike for the most accurate timeframe.

Can I rent a bike this year?

We are anxiously waiting for all of our 2021 rental fleet to arrive before we open up our online reservation portal. Please come in or call the shop at 541-719-1213 to learn about and reserve what we do have.

June Update From COTA:

Sisters Chapter:

The Sisters Chapter has been hard at working planning new trails! We are working collaboratively with the Sisters Trail Alliance, Oregon Equestrian Trails, and other stakeholders. Our trail proposal is almost done and we hope to submit it to the Sisters Ranger District (SRD) of the US Forest Service in June. From there, we and the other stakeholders will work with the SRD to refine the proposal and then the SRD will start the environmental review process under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). It’s a long process to advocate for and plan new trails, but it will be worth it!

June's MUST WATCH

A Dogs Tale | Shimano ORIGINALS

It all starts with the trail. The crunch of the dirt, the smell of a dewy morning ride, or the feeling of brushing away pebbles with a perfectly timed belly scrub. These are the happy memories of a trail dog’s life well lived.

Celebrating the joys of mountain biking through the eyes of the trail dog, Raven takes us from her driveway memories in BC to the high deserts of Utah, to freshly cut South African trails and back again. We meet some of the feistiest, four-legged trail personalities along the way, who all enjoy the mountain bike world in their own way, just like us humans do, whether it’s hitting jump lines, lapping through the loam, or setting out to build new trail.

We hope that this Monthly Roundup brought you value. If you have any feedback and/or things you would like to see in future editions please respond to this email. We urge you to come by the shop and check out all the new apparel and accessories arriving daily.
