Volunteers Needed

We need some parent volunteers to help out with the track meet on Friday and Saturday.  If you are willing and available, please see Mr. Braziel at practice this week.

Uniforms

Track uniforms will be available to pick up starting Monday, May 17 at practice.  You must have paid in full to receive a uniform at this time. 

Hallmark Merchandise

If you ordered backpacks or t-shirts by the deadline, we will send a notification when the items are in and you can pick up.

Hallmark Track Meet/Ticket Sales

The Hallmark Track Meet is on May 21-22, 2021.  It is important that everyone be at this meet, as this is the meet that we host and use as a fundraiser for our team needs.

**you do not need to register your athlete for the meet; the coaches will do that.**

Event Registration:  We are in the process of adding athletes to the meet.  In order for us to put the athletes in the meet, they must be at practice this week and confirm with the coaches that they will be at the meet this weekend.  If the athlete is not entered in the meet, they will not be able to run this weekend.

Group Me has been set up for communication between parents and coaches on things specific to that age group.  Remind text is used to communicate general team information that goes out to the whole team at the same time.

Below, you will find links to join your specific age group.  Remember, your athlete's age is determined by how old they will be on December 31, 2021. So, if your athlete is 8, but will be 9 in September, then they will run with the 9/10 age group.

**It would be helpful for you to download the GroupMe app, so you won't receive so many text messages when the group gets active.  Everything will go through the app and you can set your notification sound.**

**When you join, please make sure your name and child's name is visible**
