What we’re about
Come and practice Qigong in a park with us. (Pronounced Chee Gong.)
If you’re new to Qigong, welcome! If you’ve practiced Qigong or Tai Chi or another Martial Art, welcome!
We will practice Taoist Qigong together for around 60 minutes in Arvada parks. The practices will be lead by Brian, a certified Qigong instructor. Brian studies Taoist and Medical Qigong.
During the winter months we will hibernate by practicing indoors, with the option of moving outside on nice days.

Fear not, if you are new to Qigong, Brian will lead you comfortably through the gentle meditative movements.
If you are a seasoned Qigong or Tai Chi practitioner, you’ll enjoy practicing with others in this beautiful park.
Our practices include Ji Ben Qigong and Shibashi (18 forms), laying the groundwork for other forms. We also enjoy practicing the 8 Brocades, Muscle Tendon and Changing Forms (Yi Jin Jing), Animal Frolics…. There are over 7000 forms of Qigong, we have numerous possibilities.
No need for special clothes although you should wear comfortable shoes that give your toes room to breathe.
Practices are free although I do accept donations to cover the Meetup costs.
