Dear Livingsong Family, Before we begin, we would like to start by expressing our utmost thankfulness to God for every brother and sister in the Lord He has brought into our lives in this ministry to empower us for the wonderful mission work God has called us to! Every faithful prayer lifted up on our behalf and donation continues to mobilize our mission to advance the Gospel of Christ. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! ▪ Pastor Andrew Delong ▪ Barbara DuBrul ▪ Bob Sofronski ▪ Dave Geyer ▪ Diana Strickland ▪ Pastor Dennis & Tamara Jones ▪ Doran Edwards ▪ Kelly & Kyle Pryce ▪ Kinani Kimmanee ▪ Michelle Link ▪ Pat Smith ▪ Patti Gumerson ▪ Roberta Renk ▪ Pastor Paul & Tracy Lucas As you can see from the banner above, we have officially finalized our mission tour dates for the year - thank you Jesus! We also send our special thanks to all the recovery program and emergency shelter leaders for covering all rigorous but necessary details to prepare each service with us during the month of October. (Gabrielle Compton, Reverend Mike and Samantha White, Mike Evans, Pastor Will & Maribeth Motosicky, and Shona Rountree.) Additionally, we would like to highlight our dear friends/ministry partners, Pastor Paul & Tracy Lucas, of First Baptist Church of Boulougne in Hilliard, FL. Did you know that this church family stored an abundance of clothing donations, Bibles, and handmade winter blankets for us to provide to the communities we serve? This may not be big news for some, but it most definitely is for us, because we need all the help we can get! As a community of believers, we may not all have the same calling, but God has called us all to testify in word and deed, amen? So, it is such an encouragement to us when church leaders lend a helping hand for those of us serving outside the church walls. We send a special thanks to First Baptist Church of Boulougne. Here are just a few of the church praise team members we were blessed to spend last Christmas season with. |

As our society continues to walk further and further into darkness and away from the light, with many kinds of sin embraced and even celebrated, scripture informs us the end is near. When we see these things increasing, prophecy is being fulfilled and Jesus is coming soon! Our message is urgent and our hearts are burdened for the lost. Every type of support received for this mission matters greatly, because in the simplest term, only through Jesus can the lost soul be saved. This thanksgiving we give God thanks for you, your friendship, your prayers and faithful giving. “How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?” - Romans 10:14 So what’s next? We have a lot of work to do! As long as we have breath in our lungs, together we will serve the Lord. As we prayerfully plan the first quarter of 2023 - because there’s a great possibility of a 3rd “La Nina'' winter season, we thought it may be best to stay in the Carolinas serving through January & February before heading further north. We are seeking the Lord’s favor and protection, carefully watching the forecast to best prepare for any extreme weather conditions, especially for the journey in our motorhome. If you happen to be near any of the cities we will be serving, and would like to volunteer with us, please reach out! Help is greatly needed in the listed areas. Administrative Help (assisting remotely) Setup/Sound Check and Break Down help (in person) Capture Footage (in person)
Until next time, we want to close by encouraging you this Thanksgiving to consider this view on worship. A few years ago, we heard a pastor share during his sermon this idea, “worship is an attitude of gratitude”. If you ignored all that God has brought you through, and the work He is still establishing in you. Or even if you turned a blind eye to the multitude of blessings He has poured out over you, there is still a greater monumental and supreme reason to have an attitude of genuine gratitude. The reason is the greatest gift ever given to all humanity from God, His only begotten Son. Jesus’s death, burial and resurrection stands as the most important event in history. Heaven is your future because of the trust and faith you have placed in Christ as Lord, so let’s be encouraged to always approach God in worship with an attitude of gratitude for the gift of Christ. Our hearts are with you, and sending you our love and prayers from Woodstock GA, Happy Thanksgiving. Our love in Christ Jesus, Manny & Erika Lynn Garcia Livingsong |
