Great uprising divine melanin rich souls of the universe! 

Welcome to the Shanti-Chi Newsletter, March 2020 edition. 

We are entering the equinox energy vibration where day light and darkness are of equal measures. A time of rebirth and new growth. A time to balance the feminine and the masculine. A time to find harmony within self and with others. A time to take stock of the 2020 vision and put it to good use. It is time for our awakening. 

Our imagination is the most powerful tool we have in our armoury for survival. We can image ourselves sick or we can imagine ourselves fit. We have the choice. Let us refuse to feed our fears. Let us instead think best case scenario. There is so much evidence out there on the healing power of the imagination and the mind, evidence on the healing power of melanin magic, evidence on the healing power of storytelling. All the above we can use for nourishment. It is incumbent upon us to use our melanin rich storytelling imagination, which  feel is the most powerful of all imaginations, as tools of progress, empowerment and self love.

Nature is our greatest healer and that is why the night walk mediation will go ahead. We will apply our imagination to increase our melanin magic.

Long story short: I am sitting around a table with 2 young men engaged in a conversation about our world situation. They believe what they see it what life is and no more. We should accept it. Human nature is to negative, human nature is greedy, human nature is power hungry, human nature is to alway want more etc. I explained that some natures are that way inclined and other natures have been programmed to be that way and some natures are strong and uphold their integrity. Again I explained our imagination is the most powerful tool in our armoury to be used to create the world we want. We must not just think outside the box we need to get out of the box. We need to think about the world we want to live in. We have to use our imagination to visualise what that might look like. We have to visualise a concept that we may have never seen before using concepts that we have. I did a little imagination storytelling exercise with them. This is the next generation and our work is to inspire them to change the conversation. On this occasion the conversation went from hopelessness too hopeful. From negative to positive. From I can't see anything but this world to I can see a beautiful alternative. As well as seeing the alternative they were able to see how to make the transformation. It was very powerful!

In search of the Nne Agwu lost Storytelling Village

In celebration of our 10th anniversary we have designed a treasure hunt:

First set of clues: What country are we in?

• The highest point is 978 metres (3208ft)
• It is 1091 years old
• It's longest water flow is 346 km (215 miles)
• Ancient name begins with an A, has 6 letters and ends with an N

Answer all the clues then answer the question. Write your answers in a note book, keep a record so you can refer to it. When you win you can share the knowledge live on galaxy radio via phone in.

Second set of clues: Are we North, South, East or West of the country?

• Gardens receive more sun energy when facing this direction 
• This cardinal point Nkwọ is the spirit of this direction. 
• This point signifies enlightenment, knowledge, wisdom, divinity and melanin
• The direction is on your right when we look towards the sun rise

Answer all the clues then answer the question. Write your answers in a note book, keep a record so you can refer to it. When you win you can share the knowledge live on galaxy radio via phone in.

We will also give clues via our social media once a week. Each clue will bring us closer and closer to our destination. Get the whole family involved. Our job is to connect within and remember, because we are some of those ancestors that put things in place. Our purpose right now is to listen. Let us apply our melanin storytelling imagination in the most positive and affirming way that we now will ensure the survival of our melanin rich communities globally. It is time to get powerful in thoughts; to express ourselves in an connected and open way with due consideration for others and our divine ancestors; to always seek to be our best self in all circumstances; to show pride in our ancestral lineage and engage with others in a way that positively demonstrates this; to express integrity in all that we do and work hard and diligently to honour ourselves. To seek guidance from the higher power within and trust in Chineke the divine womb of creation.
