Get Recognized with a Workplace Health & Performance Certification

Get Empowered. Get Recognized.

We are thrilled to announce that level one of Wellness Works Canada Workplace Health and Performance pilot certification program is now available. The best part? Access is included with membership!

This is the first certification of its kind in Canada defining a common set of competencies required to work in the workplace health and wellness industry while bridging the gap between employee well-being and organizational performance. Using an innovative application, the certification software assesses and validates competencies making it simple and efficient. The process is self-paced and asynchronous and gives you one-on-one feedback and support from an expert. Going through the process also gives you all the tools and templates needed to build healthy, high performing work cultures. The Ambassador level is perfect for anyone wanting to support employee health and performance.

How Do I Get Certified?

  1. Be a member of Wellness Works Canada
    • (individual memberships are $100 per year, employer memberships range from $375-1250 allowing for multiple certifications and loads of other perks).
  2. Email us to be assigned a unique user name and password.
  3. Log in, review the required competencies and accompanying resources, and upload evidence of your skills, knowledge, experience or other credentials. An expert will provide you with feedback and comments as you go along.
  4. Get your badge, brag and go build healthy, high performing work cultures.

Access to the certification program is included with membership, however there is an administration fee to cover the customized feedback.

Get your Ambassador certification today and watch for additional levels coming out soon!
