Another Wellness Wednesday Newsletter arriving to you on this last day of January! Can you believe how fast this month went?
How are you showing up in your life? What reflections are you pondering?
I am being intentional on creating each Newsletter with love, purpose, and focused on showing up with faith over fear for expressing my thoughts onto "virtual" paper in hope that you find whispers of wellness wisdom in them!
This month, I completed a 28 day journey by reading and journaling on gratitude, guided by the book The Magic by Rhonda Byrne. You would be surprised how much gratitude we can express in our daily lives and this book has helped me rekindle this practice. As we cultivate more gratitude and focus on the 'gifts' every day provides, we can learn to live a more joyful and fulfilling existence.
On another note, I'm happy to share that the 5 Day Healthy Mind in Healthy Body Challenge I led last week was a success. My mind is clearer and I have more energy. Jumping into a 5 Day Challenge in the form of a "detox" proved to be the perfect antidote for a post-vacation eating splurge. I'm determined to jump into a reset every time I come back from a trip to get back to my healthy habits routine as quickly as possible. Life's about finding balance and enjoying every day: intentionally nurturing the body with healthy foods and/or with decadent and diverse flavors!
