The Perinatal Mental Health Alliance of NL (PMHANL) aims to enhance awareness and promote care and supports for perinatal mental health across the province.

On behalf of the Alliance Board of Directors, we send our warmest wishes for you and your families as we enter the New Year.

We are grateful for the the successes and growth of the Alliance in 2023. We look forward to the opportunities 2024 will bring for advancing Perinatal Mental Health here in Newfoundland & Labrador.
