That's right, we open 2024 reservations in one month. The month's moosletter has some important updates about our 2024 reservations. 2024 Reservations As always, we will open our reservations one full season ahead of time. We open for the season on April 1st, therefore we start 2024 reservation on April 1st, 2023. NEW BOOKING PROCEDURE FOR GROUPS/EXTENDED STAYS April 1st, 2023: Group & Extended Reservations Open (5+ sites or 7+days). Previously this had been done via our phone lines only. As early booking has become more popular, we have encountered issues in the past with this system. Therefore, we will not be taking advanced 2024 reservations via phone on April 1st this year, we will be accepting an online request form only. Booking Steps for extended stay campers(7+ consecutive nights): Starting April 1st at 8am, the early booking form (linked below) will go live. You may fill out the form with your contact information, desired dates and site (option 1st, 2nd, 3rd recommended). After you've submitted the form, you will wait for an email with an update. If the site/dates you requested are available, you will receive a direct link to book it online and make your payment. If it is not available, we will email you for other options or to be added to the waiting list. Your reservation is not finalized until you've received an email confirmation with at least a 50% deposit applied.
Booking Steps for Groups(5+ sites together): Dedicate one person from your group to provide the information and make the reservations request. Starting April 1st at 8am, the early booking form (linked below) will go live. The main group contact should fill out the form with their own contact information, and the desired dates and sites for everyone (option 1st, 2nd, 3rd recommended). They do not need to provide every sites contact name for this first request. Just provide the main contact person's email address for easiest communication. After you've submitted the form, the group contact will receive an email with an update. If the sites/dates you requested are available, you will receive a direct link to book it online and can share the link with your group members. Every group member then has until April 14th, 2023 to use the link, make their reservation and pay a 50% deposit. The group contact should use the link to verify if all the sites have been claimed and paid for prior to April 15th, 2023. On April 15th all sites that have not been paid for will go live online for general booking.
Booking Steps for all campers (non group/extend): Starting April 15th at 8am, you can book all 2024 reservations online at www.stoneycreekrvresort.com
Our phone lines will not be available for reservations on April 1st, 2023. We will be monitoring voicemails but will not take reservations requests for 2024 anyway other than the online request form. This form is NOT linked to our booking system from our general website. You cannot access it from the booking engine on our website, only the button below. We will reshare this link via social media, and email when April 1st gets closer too. Our phone lines will open as usual again on April 2nd. If you experience any technical difficulties with our online form or have any questions, please email us at info@stoneycreekrvresort.com. Please note we will not accept email requests for reservation either. But we will direct you on how to use the online form. Thank you for understanding! |

Stoney Creek New Phone Number We recently added another phone line to our Reservations. Our original phone (715-597-2102) is still our main number and should be used to reach us during our regular season for any questions, on site issues, etc. Our new number is 534-344-2102 and is automatically routed to reach an available reservations staff member. This number will be used most often in our off-season when the office is closed so our guests can reach us easier. Reminder that anytime you call us (either number), please leave a voicemail so we will get notified of your missed call. |
