Let's start by stating the obvious: You're a great teacher! And the most important element to the success of your studio is YOU!

There is no amount of knowledge you could gain, technical prowess you could wield, performance success you could attain, or anything else that would replace the real secret sauce of your studio. YOU are the reason your students come to your studio, and YOU are why they stay.

So please hear me clearly, friends. As we embark on this journey together, I want you to know that I believe in you and support you. As we walk together through our Pedagogy Advent, nothing you learn will be more important than knowing deep down in your heart that you are unique and you are enough. If everything else is built upon that foundation, you'll have an amazing success story!
