Crazy how time flies!
Another year is (almost) in the books, what an eventful one it was.
We've celebrated our 5th anniversary in April with a pretty epic party, where over 200 people came through - that was an amazing day, not even the scorching heat could stop us from having a great time! We've served our cannabis themed tasting menu's for the first time at a 5 star hotel in Thailand as we traveled to Phuket and Koh Samui. We've collaborated with various dispensaries in Bangkok to present our new 'Ganjalicious' concept and we've cooked numerous times with fellow chefs from the industry. We've successfully organized a series of events this year, reestablished a home-field advantage by adding our private table to the mix and we're continuously expanding our service range while not forgetting the core business in private dining - going to our clients and bring our cuisine to their homes.
With a very busy December ahead of us, I would like to thank everyone who has been part of the journey, starting off with the whole team who has been working exceptionally well throughout 2023. Thank you all for your commitment and dedication, your contributions are highly appreciated.
To our clientele, friends & family thank you for the support, the bookings, the caterings, the consulting work, the private dinners and everyone who came try our food, thank you - we appreciate you! Without that - a self-made product like ours, couldn't survive, thanks to you all our business has a chance to grow, evolve and exist. In our industry it is very difficult to predict the future but we should be rather confident and optimistic that we can continue our way for many years to come, but we take nothing for granted.
