Closing Out 2021
 
The year has come and gone.  Falcon Pointe Homeowners Association had many great milestones, the most significant in late summer.  The Association and the land developer completed the conveyance event of remaining common area properties, which was years in the making.  
We finished the year with a 99% collection rate and were under budget, allowing us to move the surplus funds into our Reserve Account.

Annual Dues For 2022
 
Invoices will start going soon and are due by Feb. 28th. There are a number of ways to pay. The invoice will be mailed and will have instructions on the various options. Homeowners who fail to pay assessments in a timely fashion remain subject to late charges and interest, in addition to the other collection remedies the HOA has under its governing documents and by law. Including the suspension of amenity privileges. (i.e., pool/clubhouse access)

Taking Care of our Home
 
The Falcon Pointe HOA and Fennell Property Management have received complaints regarding dog waste left on HOA common areas and private residential property.  The Falcon Pointe Homeowners Association and its residents have a responsibility to help ensure the value of our neighborhood.
 
ALL pet owners must clean up after their pets.  NOT CLEANING UP AFTER YOUR DOG WILL RESULT IN A VIOLATION!  
 
We ask all homeowners to look out for these violations and report them back to us by submitting an Online Violations Form
 
Please do your part by helping keep our community healthy and vibrant.

BI Annual Meeting
 
With the current environment we ​are looking into options such as on-line/virtual meetings. More to come on this in a future communication.

2022 Projects
The Board has been working with Fennell and vendors to secure quotes, reviewing projects based on priority, along with their cost.
 
The follow projects have been approved. 
- Pool Resurfacing 
- Additional Streetlight in front of clubhouse.
- Irrigation Repair due to leak located between the fountain and clubhouse
