What does fullness mean to you?

Fullness has a tendency to lead into 'too much'. But what if we saw our spaciousness as fullness. Our adaptive yoga & meditation practices remind us that we have our own register of what fullness is. When we eat too much we are full. When we feel the connected spaciousness in meditation we feel full with emptiness. It's a way of be grateful for what is.

What is your experience of fullness?

Let's chat Inner Resource:

I like to refer back to my inner resource several times a year as a way of refining my experience with recalibrating myself. I have found that it is the most highly used piece of the practice in my daily life. I connect to it is drop into ease more quickly and settle myself down to look into what is challenging me. Just knowing that I can rest back into the felt experience of my strength and ease is one of the most potent tools in my toolbag. What are yours?

We are continuing to serve all with our free online resources and six weekly Live Zoom classes. Our Zoom group have been diligently practicing together since early February 2020. We have shared this dynamic time of Covid-19 & racial unrest as a strengthened community of humans opening themselves to sit with the challenges of this human experience. So much beauty has been shared within the struggle, reminding us we are all unified by our desire to be valued, accepted, loved and trusted. Just as we are.

All classes and online recordings are free to service members, veterans and their families. If you or anyone you served with would like to join our practice community, click the link below.
