From the Publisher's Desk

Our next release will be Prairie Queen, the much anticipated sequel to Mountain Princess. After the thrilling events of the first book, Talia is once again pulled into the politics of Lolland. This time, however, it's as their queen. But with the prospect of the Lolland royal family returning, Talia must try to find some way to save Hilland from them, all the while maintaining her relationship with Adrial. I hope you all look forward for this release next month.

Did you know that we also have audiobooks? We're currently working through all our previous books, trying to include them in our current audiobook collection. But going forward, all books, including Prairie Queen, will now be released with an audiobook. These are only available on Google Play at the moment, but we are still looking into other avenues as well. Check out our Audiobook page on the website for which titles are currently available.

From the Writer's Desk

Sorry for the delay on getting this one out the door this month. I wish I had a better excuse, but I just forgot. It's been a bit busy with the day job. However, not busy enough to get behind on my writing.

NaNoWriMo was a success once more, and Pass the Death is in first draft. It came off more as horror sequel, where the rules that I meant the villain (or in this case anti-hero) to follow were largely broken. But with having the death stone be the main character, it made it harder to keep to the rules that I had set forth in the beginning. Then again, considering this was one of those books that was based on a dream, I think I did I pretty good job of it. There were enough loose strings left behind for the next two books in this series.

With my 33rd book in first draft, I'll be in editing mode for much of December. With everything that I managed to get through these past few months, I have four books that I'll be editing. I'm already halfway through The Darkness Within, which, while it starts a bit slow, comes through like a runaway train by chapter twenty. I'll be moving on to The Final Testament on Friday, trying to get that ready for a possible May release. The month will wrap up with Prairie Queen, our January release. So, things are busy as usual, just the way I like it.

From the Event Desk

Next year's event schedule is a bit up in the air at the moment. There was some talk about a new event coming in March or April that sounded interesting, but I haven't gotten any information on it. Jersey Pride and Collingswood are definitely happening again, and I'll let you know when I have information on those. As for IABX, I'll be re-evaluating whether or not I'll be returning there in the coming months.
