The Job hunt is on! As well as the hunt for a place to live!!
Living Situation: I have ideas of where I'd like to live, as well as my eye on some really great apartment complexes within my budget. It's pretty eye-opening being from Southwest MO, where my parents' 2,800 sq ft house is only approximately $1,500 / month in morgage, and I'll be paying that in rent for 600 sq ft!
Job Hunt: I have applications out at film and music companies for Adminstrative / Executive Assistant positions. Hoping one sticks, as it would be a "nice foot in the door" for now.
I'm down to the FINAL COUNTDOWN and it's a lot of packing, as well as realizing all of the things I don't have yet, but will need to get. This will be my first time living on my own, as I've always had either roommates - or lived with my parents. So other than what is in my bedroom currently, I have nothing...so I'll have to buy kitchen accessories (plates, bowls, pots, pans...); living room accessories (futon, TV stand...pending Studio v 1-Bed); bathroom accessories; etc.
