"REALIFE CAMP" 07/22 LIVINGSONG NEWSLETTER |

Blessings dear Livingsong Family, Can you believe the first half of the year is already over? First and foremost, we are thankful for you taking time out of your schedule to read our newsletter, along with your faithful support towards our missional efforts and each prayer lifted up on our behalf. This ministry would not be possible without it. By the time this newsletter reaches you, the eight weeks of camp have passed. We already miss both the worship team members and camp staff. There definitely was a closer sense of community among everyone involved which we believe attests to the success of their first year operating camp in Vero Beach, FL. Seven weekly services were quite intense, but well worth it because God moved, and lives were transformed. There is so much more we could say about Realife Camp 2022, but we figured these photos would be a better way to help express the incredible and memorable time we had. A special thank you to Faith Bloodworth for capturing these special moments of worship at camp and for allowing us to use these photos. |

So what’s next? We are currently in Bradenton, FL preparing for our upcoming services in September including our friends at Bay Point Christian Church in Saint Petersburg, where we’ll be giving a mission update with their church family. After this, we are excited to join and support the efforts of our brother in the Lord, Robert Heart, who has a weekly gathering to feed physical and spiritual food to the low income/ homeless community in Orlando. And we can’t forget to mention how blessed we feel to be going back to share a time of worship and testimony with our dear friends, Pastor Jeremy and Kristie, at the Central FL Teen Challenge (mens residential recovery program), along with Pastor Will & Maribeth at the Palm Coast Recovery Church for their weekly recovery support gatherings. There is so much to be grateful for… the Lord continues to direct our path with favor in our mission to share the hope of Christ. Looking forward to October and November, here's a quick video of the route we'll be taking if God wills. We are eagerly anticipating what He has in store for the mission ahead. |

In closing, only God knows the future and how soon Christ is coming back, but it seems that time is near in view of this scripture in Timothy “ (1) But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: (2) For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, (3) unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, (4) traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, (2 Timothy 3:1-4) No matter how challenging it may be to extend love, grace, compassion to a world that is progressively pushing God out, it is our calling as His body to be intentional in demonstrating our faith in word and deed. Jesus said ”And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” (Matthew 24:14) You may not be present with us on the road, but because you believed in our mission, lift us up in prayer and continue to faithfully give... together we are carrying this message of hope to the lost and broken. Thank you so much, until next time, we send our hugs and prayers, you are loved and appreciated. Please feel free to reach out anytime if you have any questions, comments, prayer requests, and/or praise reports. God bless In Christ, Manny & Erika Lynn Garcia Livingsong |

Prayer Requests Would you please pray with us for our sweet sister in the Lord, Nancy Horton, unfortunately, her cancer that was in remission has come back and she is now undergoing intensive treatment. 🙏
With the current political climate in Peru, South America, we are humbly praying for the Lord's hedge of protection over Elsa Garcia (mom/mother in law), who has recently traveled to Lima, Peru for three weeks to see her mother.
Every September, our dear friend and faithful ministry partner, Bob Sofronski, holds a very special event called “Conquering Grounds Music Fest” in Bensalem, PA that we have been blessed to be a part of for 3 years in a row (2017–2019). This year is their 10th anniversary creating awareness and raising funding to help the recovery and prison communities in the Philadelphia area. We are asking if you would please pray that the Lord would richly bless their outreach efforts and that He would draw many to Himself through this event. Also, they are always looking for volunteers so if you’re in the Philadelphia area and interested in being a part of what the Lord is doing through their mission efforts, please check out this link for more information. https://clprm.org/music-fest/ where you’ll also have access to give online if the Lord leads.

Praise Reports A special congratulations to our dear friends, Angelo and Deanna Hall, who welcomed into their family a beautiful, healthy baby boy named Judah!
We give God praise and thanks for the new doors He has opened for us to serve in recovery support groups in Saint Augustine, FL; along with Cordele, Dublin, and Eatonton, GA. Back in March of this year, we asked for prayers for our dear friends and ministry partners, Brother Paul & Tracy Lucas, as they searched for a new worship director. Praise God they have officially invited a new worship leader “Mike Helmick” to their First Baptist Church of Boulougne family.

Testimony (From a Camp Staff Member) "Erika, I cannot express in just words how thankful I am for you and how blessed I am from your time in my life. You are truly a precious treasure to me and someone I will never forget. This summer is a testimony for me, of God allowing me to open up to Him in worship & part of my testimony is how He used you to encourage & strengthen me. Thank you. No one has ever been there for me like you when it comes to worshiping God and using all I have to praise Him. Not only that but I am also encouraged by the way I see you living your life for God. I respect you and love your heart for Jesus. You are beautiful ❤️ love, Jenna Dampier" |
