BGC Joliet Alternative Fall Programming a Success Our 2020/21 Alternative Fall/Winter Session has been going great at the Boys & Girls Club of Joliet, despite a challenging year for all. Meal service is active, our academic reinforcement activity kits are being distributed weekly, and virtual tutoring has been going smooth! In October we began a new partnership program, Healthy Habits, courtesy of our amazing friends at The University of Illinois Extension - Grundy, Kankakee, and Will and it has been going absolutely wonderful! We also had an extra special Halloween kit distributed for the week of Halloween. None of this would be possible without all of our generous and thoughtful corporate sponsors and community partners. On behalf of our entire organization, especially the kids, thank you for your support! |
