Hi all. We hope you're still well. We've learned a lot since the last email went out. Health organizations have revised their advisories and recommendations for social distancing. We're still cleaning and disinfecting like crazy, but the Unwound team is worried that it's not enough. We debated long and hard about this, but our conclusion was that we could never live with ourselves if we helped encourage the spread of this virus - we have so many at-risk customers, it's just not worth the chance. We are revising our hours in an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy for as long as possible. We know. This sucks. Please stay diligent. Hopefully our future-selves look back on this as a gross overreaction. |

Curbside Pickup, Shipping, & Delivery: Whether you call in your order or order online, we can deliver it to your car! Park near our front door and we'll run it out to you. Or we can ship your order directly do your door. If you live in town, we'll even delivery right to your door for free. |

Online Orders: We're ramping up the stock we have available on our website. Shop an expanding selection from the safety of your home. In fact, we just added our Yarnaceous Fibers Trunk show to the site for those who weren't able to check it out in person! |

Virtual Community: On Saturday mornings and crafty hour times, we will be hosting virtual knit groups! These events will be held on Google Meet, a free conferencing program. You can use it on a web browser or phone app. Check out our Facebook Event for more info. |

Disinfect all the things: We're washing our hands between each customer. We're disinfecting all hard surfaces, doors, handles, etc. We're wearing disposable gloves when prepping orders for shipment. Please join us in this extensive hand cleansing. And don't touch your face! |
