Heading to Bali I'll be in Bali during the last two weeks of November, embracing the island's healing energies and deep-rooted spiritual traditions. Baliโs culture is rich with sacred rituals, from daily offerings to spiritual ceremonies. One practice Iโm especially excited to do is a workshop creating the beautiful canang sari offerings. Iโm also thrilled to revisit sacred sites like Tirta Empul for a water blessing, and explore temples such as Pura Uluwatu, Tanah Lot, and Goa Giri Putri at Nusa Penida. So much excitement ahead! Journaling is a powerful, mindful practice for balancing and aligning the Third Eye Chakra. Purchase a specific journal dedicated to this practice so you can write down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to your intuition, insight, and inner wisdom. Dreams Keep a dream journal by your bedside. As you wake up, jot down any dreams you remember, no matter how fragmented they may seem. Dreams often contain messages that are symbolic with archetypes and universal themes that can provide insights into your subconscious mind and intuitive abilities. Over time, you may notice patterns, recurring symbols and emotional themes that hold personal significance. Intuitive Insights Set aside dedicated time for journaling about your intuitive experiences. This could include moments when your inner voice guided you, when you had a feeling, vision, insight or message that turned out to be accurate, or when you felt a strong gut feeling. Describe these experiences in detail and reflect on their impact. Reflective Questions Delve a little deeper, have a go a pushing yourself for the answers. Your higher self has all the answers, so sit with your questions and allow the response to come: These questions can serve as prompts for self-reflection and exploration, helping you deepen your connection to your Third Eye Chakra and intuitive abilities.
Gratitude
Express gratitude for your intuitive gifts and insights. Write down moments when your intuition served you well or when you felt a deep sense of knowing. Gratitude can help you cultivate a positive mindset and open the channels for further intuitive development. Begin by writing 3 things you are grateful for every day. They donโt have to be major things, they can be the simple things such as โI am grateful for the messages my dream brought me last nightโ. Chakra Visualisations During meditation or focused journaling sessions, visualise the indigo light at the Third Eye between your eyebrows. Write about your experiences during these visualisations, such as any images, sensations, smells or intuitive messages that arise. Inner Wisdom Dialogue Engage in a dialogue with your inner wisdom through journaling. Pose questions or seek guidance on specific challenges or decisions in your life. Write down the responses that come to you, even if they initially seem like your own thoughts. Trust the process of connecting with your inner knowing. Make journaling a consistent practice, daily. If you miss a day or two, just begin again as you are able. Over time, your journal can serve as a valuable record of your intuitive growth and the alignment of your Third Eye Chakra. Squat down by bending your knees and lower your hips toward the floor, as if sitting back into an imaginary chair. Try to keep your heels on the ground, however if they lift, you can place a folded blanket or mat under them for support. Align your back, lengthen your spine, keeping your chest lifted and shoulders relaxed. Bring your hands together, place your palms in front of your heart in a prayer position (anjali mudra). Use your elbows to gently press against your inner thighs, creating more space in your hips. Hold the position, breathe deeply and hold the pose for 30 seconds to a minute, focusing on grounding your body and opening your hips. To come out of the pose, place your hands on the floor and rise back up to a standing position. Benefits of Garland Pose: Opens Hips This pose helps to improve hip flexibility, making it beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods. Strengthens Lower Body Engages and strengthens the muscles of the thighs, calves, and lower back. Improves Posture Encourages proper spinal alignment and posture. Stimulates Digestion The squatting position can aid digestion and relieve discomfort in the lower abdomen.
