Reiki Distant Healing

Reiki distant Healing is the perfect stress reduction therapy; it can be given to anyone anywhere in the world. This flexibility allow you to fit in a 15/30 minutes session either during your break time or after work; whether you are working from home or in the office.

According an article in LinkedIn “The New Shape Of Work: Inspiring A ‘People-First’ Corporate Culture  by Martine Ferland”:  The pandemic has called into question how, when and where we work, reshaping the very concept of a workplace. For the most part, the largest work-from-home movement ever has been a surprising success, illuminating the adaptability of humans.

But in terms of mental and physical health, today’s flexible working model has not been without pitfalls for employees: on average, they are working three hours longer each day, and 41% of have reported experiencing new or increased pain in shoulders, backs or wrists since working from home.

So whiy not add reiki distant healing to your

well-being program to support your staff and create a more resilient workforce.

SUMMER PROMO

Chamomile

Like most of us I drink more water or liquid during the summer to keep Hydrated. I put liquid because although I drink water more often than not I will drinking herbal tea; this summer my drink of choice has been cold chamomile tea. What started by accident ended up being a conscious choice as I could feel the benefits if this flower; especially during my busiest times.

According to an article I read recently when you break chamomile down into its chemical constituents, its two most notable attributes are volatile oils and flavonoids. The volatile oils are responsible for chamomile's sleep-time reputation - they relax muscles and calm the mind, while the flavonoids (specifically apigenin) have been proven time and time again to bring down anxiety and soothe depressive feelings.

In addition to that, studies have shown that chamomile is one heck of a pain killer. Not only does it work topically to relieve aches and pains, bring down inflammation, stop muscle spasms, and heal wounds - you can take it internally as a tea, tincture, or syrup and get the same results.

Try drinking a chamomile tea whenever you feel a bit stress or before bedtime and make this gentle yet powerful tea part of you well-being routine.
