Happy Thanksgiving!

I trust that you are in a place where you feel peaceful and supported.

 

Florida gave us a little mini experience of cool weather last weekend but Thanksgiving day will be in the 80’s. It’s been grey and drizzly so from inside it looks like it might be cold but alas, not. But the hibiscus continue!

 

I invite you to take a moment in the bustle and dynamics of holiday gatherings to notice how your body is feeling. Do you feel stressed or disconnected from your ease? What could you do to find ease again?  Maybe delegate one element of what you are doing, partner up with your favorite person to finish a task quicker while having a laugh. Maybe do a little extra prep now so you can do some breathing quietly later.

Carve out some time to lay down for 5 minutes to reset for the moment. Notice your stress patterns and shake them off or have a kitchen dance party (kids of all ages love this one!) We all want to enjoy this time so support yourself as you need in a healthy fun way.
