One of the reasons we meet on the full moon is to re-integrate us with the cycles of nature. An indication we're already in sync with them is that our gathering on February 16th was like the only day in the previous two weeks that it didn't rain! And it rained the next day!
The sun was out during the day and as the atmosphere cooled, we were warmed by mutual purpose, and Marco's epic lamb stew that was generously distributed all round!
Intriguing new community members enlightened us with their rich input regarding the dynamics involved in the formation of spiritual communities like in the books of Acts, as told by our friend Rod, who has been affiliated with the counter-cultural and communal Yellow Deli movement for a long time.

Sylvia, an incredible triathlon athlete, and her family, who are affiliated with both Tim Keller and Mark Driscoll's church, shared in the symbiotic adventure of bringing Kingdom home.
We were privileged to an authentic recital of Hebrew courtesy of Rebeccah, and blended the spiritual with the entrepreneurial, as local property and business owners collaborated on turning Oceanside into an avant garde epicenter. A movement that will be captured digitally with Chase's creative flair! And all of this unfolded with the glow of fire and community attempting to counter the chilly winter air in the midst of mutual guitar anthems. Cold environments don't dampen the Light!
