Dear Falcon Pointe Residents:
Starting this summer (2020), a Key fob access system will be introduced and will replace the digital codes used to gain access to the pool and clubhouse. This great new tool provides a higher level of security, support and flexibility. With the support of each of you this tool will assist in protecting our wonderful amenities we have available to us.
Please be on the lookout for your Key fob packet via USPS® standard mail. Residents should start receiving them this week.
Included in the packet:
- Serialized key fob (1)
- Copy of the Falcon Pointe Pool Complex Rules (revised in May 2020)
- Additional Restrictions (applied to the 2020 Pool season only)
In order to complete the registration process, there are a couple of action items that each resident must complete.
Action by resident:
- Ensure you are in good standing with your financial obligations (assessments/fines/fees). Only residents in good standing will have their key fob activated and ready for use on opening day. Please reach out to Fennell Property Management (andy@fennellpm.com) to discuss your account.
- Residents must complete the Falcon Pointe Amenities Registration Form prior to the pool opening for their key fob activated.

- Scroll down to the KEY FOBS & REQUIRED FORMS section and click on Falcon Pointe Amenities Registration Form link. (One submission per address)
- Complete and Submit the form prior to June 15, 2020
