Great uprising divine melanin rich souls of the universe! Welcome to the Shanti-Chi Newsletter, December 2019 edition. This is solstice where we have the shortest day of the year. We learn to embrace the darkness of our melanin and apply our imagination for healing and well-being. The solstice is when the sun appears to stand still before it turns to move in its counter direction. It is a sacred time of reflection before the awakening. It is darkest before it is dawn. It is the perfect time during these cold times to go within and seek solace. It is a fruitful darkness and a peaceful silence out of which our soul's yearnings and new inspirations will emerge. Do not fear the dark for our ancestors stand with us as we display our eloquence, elegance, fearlessness, boldness and confidence. As we acknowledge, we are the highly favoured melanin rich beings of the universe. This month I will explain why during the last newsletter I stated water is my chosen liquid for pouring libation. My lineage is embedded in the oral traditions, and water libation is an essential element of my ancient traditions. Fulljoy the read & the reasoning. See you in January unless you see me first! |

Why is Water libation liquid? It is the most common substance on earth. We use it to drink, wash our body inside and out, wash clothes, cook food, clean our homes, cleanse our spirit, water the plants etc. It has special and unique properties which allows water to exist in 3 forms: liquid, solid and vapour. All life comes from water, and all life is a vessel that carries water. At a molecular level water creates the DNA structure found in every seed, water is healing and cleansing. Water has memory, anything coming into contact with the water leaves a trace in the water. Our ancestors knew this when they used silver and copper vessels along with focused prayer to turn ordinary water into healing water. They knew human emotions are the strongest influencer on water. In 1976 an experiment was carried out where 2 glass containers of water were subject to different emotional stimulus. One container had people standing around it thinking positive thoughts speaking positive words: love, thank you, joy, hugs, peace, happiness, health, wisdom, strength, kisses and any other words you consider to bring a warm feeling to your heart. The other container people stood around thinking negative thoughts, and speaking negative words: hate, bitterness, isolation, stress, rage, violence, aggression and any other words you consider to make you feel depressed and angry. Water drops from both containers were examined. The composition for both remained constant H2O. However the structure of the water changed. The water influenced by positive emotions, had 5 and 6 pointed symmetrical, vibrant, energised, full of nutrients, minerals, free flowing star like structures. The water influenced by negative emotions, had asymmetrical, ugly, jagged, sharp dead and heavy structures. |

...WATER Our ancestors praised the food, the water before eating and or drinking. They knew on a spiritual level that by carrying out this ritual of putting positive energies into the food before consuming it they affected the vibration and frequency of their water and food helping to maintain their power and well-being. Water remains a powerful substance and some rituals remain constant in their effect. It is important to pray over all things that contain any amount of water to ensure the structure is conducive to the vision we wish to unifest. The cleaner, the purer, the further away from human hustle and bustle, the more beautifully structured, energised, active, & effective the water is to the mind body & soul. We must always know who has prepared our food and always sit at a table with people who make us feel good and have our best interest at heart. My mother knew what she was doing when she told me not to eat outside the home. We have thrown away many of our rituals that keep us safe and well, with dire consequences. Our words can give our body negative or positive charge. Our words and actions are related to nature and affect the whole universe. Water plays a key role in how information is exchanged. The medium through which all nature is governed. Water expresses a direct connection to all-natural events. Intention is imprinted on the water. |

...WATER All our ancient writings contain stories of ancestors who were able to create miracles because of profound trust and knowledge in the ancient ways of communicating and the role sacred water plays when it is poured over a dying plant, sick animal, diseased human or as an offering to our ancestors. Scientists are baffled by how it happens however accept that it happens. Divine sacred water is symmetrical rectilinear, six-pointed star, powerful and is able to maintain its properties. Take a small drop of divine sacred water mix it with a bucket of tap water and the whole water will take on the structure of the divine sacred water. Divine sacred water is created by words spoken when human nature is under the influence of divine grace acting with high spiritual guidance. Anyone with the frame of mind can influence a natural process solely by the force of her desire and intentions. All life comes from water. The journey from the spiritual to the physical is via water. Our ancestors live in the DNA of all living plants, people etc. When we pour libation to communicate with our ancestors and we speak with clarity we are sending a vibration and frequency that affects all of the life surrounding us. As we pour libation on the earth our words are magnified and become powerful. Those words are carried into mother earth and are heard throughout the universe and amongst our ancestors. No other liquid can make the same claims as water. It is the most powerful liquid. It gives life, carries life and dictates death. The universe created by Chineke the divine womb of creation is the absolute source. Within each of us, we have an element from the primeval water. Our every word is like a waterdrop. We are here to repay the source with absolute love and gratitude: I hun anya, daalu! Contact info@shanti-chi.com. Please pass this onto other melanin rich indigenous Motherland people. Daalu (divine thanks) xxx |

WARRIOR CHARGE (Liberation of the caged birds) (c) Ngoma Bishop December 2019 September twenty-fourth two thousand and fifteen We congregated and marched toward the scene Determined that there would be No Barbican sponsored Exhibit B No sacrilegious distortion of the term free expression No recreation of a hundred-year-old humiliation No display of naked Afrikans in the name of art No display of naked Afrikans in the name of art We had had tried to persuade them with reason But backed up by media manipulation Their narrative was of a mob promoting censure To them our perspective simply didn’t matter Finally, we could take no more And Christian, Muslim, baldhead, Rastafari Formed a righteous unification To rectify the situation Oh, you should have seen us on our mission To put it to that cursed dragon How we chanted as we marched through Waterloo |
|
Whistling vibes of liberation Towards the vaults of humiliation Close to the Eye, the Thames, Trafalgar With the spirits of our blessed ancestors Sarah Baartman and the others The sons, the daughters, the fathers, the mothers Protecting us with a divine aura Whilst the shades of Wellington and Nelson Observed us with great apprehension And the police at their stations Prayed to the beast for a confrontation Meanwhile still there was negotiation Throughout the necessary tension But the negotiation and the tension Were not the greater considerations For with the ever beating drums The Djembe, the heartbeat bongo drums Merging with the righteous angry chanting We forced our way into the vault Into that stinking, musty pit Where the love that we exuded Touched those souls that were within Souls of brothers and of sisters Perhaps of gods perhaps of demons Pretty soon the negotiators The victims, the fools, even the traitors The misguided The collaborators All realized what we long knew In London there be would be no Human Zoo For with genuine public art We had crushed that dragon’s heart |

Motherland (c) Beulah Williams December 2019 Mummy and Daddy came to a new land Holding their invite to work in the motherland Five years they planned to stay then return They came to the land of the free. You cudda fool me They sent up home in a block of stone The cold started to settle in their bones Central heating on full power They came to the land of the free You cudda fool me. Children came their plans delayed Five years moved to twenty The wind rain and snow had taken its toll They came to the land of the free You cudda fool me |
|
Constant tales of the Island in the sun Believing they would return when babes were grown No longer young riddled with pain They came to the land of the free You cudda fool me Retirement plans now put in place. Pains all over their bodies Endless pills hold them captive. They came to the land of the free You cudda fool me. Now at their graveside with tear filled eyes They are buried with their dreams Forever resting in another man’s land Is this the land of the free You have fooled me. |
