'Tis the season when the days get shorter and the air gets cooler. That time of year where we pull out our cozy scarves, sweaters and fur throws. Where cold brew is swapped out for all things 'pumpkin spice and everything nice'. The time when, ready for it? The wheels fall off! Studies show that even the most dedicated health and fitness enthusiasts have a hard time in the last few months of the year and it goes something like this...

1st Quarter:

You have your New Year’s intentions at the forefront of your mind and you are FOCUSED!

 

2nd Quarter:

Summer is quickly approaching. You want to look AND feel good, so you keep at it.

 

3rd Quarter:

It’s SUMMER! You’re generally more active and distracted with sunny summer activities yet you slowly start gaining a BBQ belly.

 

4th Quarter:

The holidays begin. The parties and food don’t stop. You let your foot off the gas and decide to say “screw it, I’ll start over in January" and you're back at square one.

One-On-One Virtual Wellness Coaching

Wellness Coaching helps you achieve your nutrition, fitness and lifestyle goals while harnessing you with the education and tools you need to be accountable, change your habits and overcome barriers in a healthy and sustainable way. Sessions are tailored to each client, available in five and ten session packages and facilitated via FaceTime, Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp.

Virtual Personal Training

If you're pressed for time, don't have a gym membership, prefer to workout at home, have minimal equipment, live or work abroad or lack motivation to workout -- Virtual Personal Training is a convenient and effective way to reach your health and fitness goals. 

 

Stop spinning your wheels with lengthy, grueling gym sessions and workout SMARTER, not harder. Workouts are designed with your goals and experience in mind, are 30-minutes in length and come in five and ten session packages.

 

Custom Workout Program

Your Custom Workout Program is designed around the goals you have set for yourself, your exercise experience, what equipment you have available to you, any adaptations you may require, how much time you can realistically commit to exercise and more.

 

Each workout program comes with an exercise library for every exercise that illustrates proper form and execution. Other workout details such as warm-up, cool-down, weekly workout and rest scheduling along with other pertinent information is also included.

Custom Nutrition Plan

As the saying goes "we are what we eat" and "you cannot out-exercise a diet that is not in keeping with your goals". So with your goals in mind why not have a Custom Nutrition Plan tailored to YOUR goals lifestyle and food preferences.

 

Whether you want more flexibility with your nutrition and prefer a Custom Macro Plan or you'd do better with a mapped out Custom Meal Plan, nutrition programming is the catalyst you need to changing your physique.

Virtual Wellness Workshops
