Dear Readers,
Reflecting upon the year 2023 fills our hearts with a sense of abundance and accomplishment. It has been a year of blossoming opportunities, marked by the inception of exciting new projects and the forging of meaningful partnerships with new clients. We take immense pride in our commitment to fostering excellence within organizations, evident through the introduction of two new programs: Operational Excellence and Change Management. These program are designed to empower organizations on their transformative journey, guiding them toward building winning cultures and achieving sustainable results.
A highlight of our year was the launch of our XcelleratE, a subscription-based consultancy model, tailored to cater to the needs of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) across diverse geographical locations. Leveraging the power of online collaboration, we have embarked on a mission to support SMEs on their continuous improvement journey.
On a personal note, I am deeply gratified to attain the coveted Shingo Alumni status. This achievement prepares me to better assist our clients as they embark on their own journeys toward organizational excellence in the upcoming year, 2024. Additionally, I am thrilled to announce that we will be hosting the first Shingo Discover Excellence in-person workshop in the Middle East, in the first half of 2024, a milestone we eagerly anticipate. And let us not forget our Excellence Foresight Podcast, launched to bring you "practices that matter now for the future".
