Unforgettable flavours of Chicken Besara!🍗 Who doesn’t like Chicken (except vegetarians ofc)! And if it’s straight from the best kitchen in the country (Masterchef India), licking our fingers makes sense. So here is an exclusive recipe straight from Abinas’ kitchen: Ingredients required: 4 tablespoon of mustard(lets go bonkers for all the geeky mustard lovers) 1 tablespoon of cumin (James Bond of spices) 2 tablespoon of garlic (to keep the vampires away from our chicken) Red chillies (use as much as you want, we take no responsibility of your taste buds)
Blend everything (vroom!) until it looks as spicy as Gustav Klimt’s painting! Add onions, veggies of your choice and the sauce(prepared earlier) to the chicken and stir up well. Cook for some time and BOOM it’s done! Serve yourself and make sure to wear glasses and gloves, we are cooking science that we are not the scientist (Abinas Nayak) of. First up, we had cheesecake on the table. And to our surprise, Gargi guessed it right though she wasn’t able to recall the name of the dish at first, she gains a point. Beginner’s luck we can say… |

Next up we had apple pie🍎 which was mistaken for a walnut brownie! Just for the sake of making things easier we gave away a hint “a relative to cake”. And just for 1 point, our host went all out and named all the pies that ever existed(most of the names were even unfamiliar to me). At last she guessed it right but no points for her, it’s a cake not a cakewalk. Why read it when you can see it?!
