Elle is being continuously sanitised and is entirely Covid-19 Guideline compliant, but we are pleased to hear that you're still finding visits to our salon relaxing, as well as safe. Since being given the go-ahead to resume all services, a particular highlight for us has been meeting our NHS Winners! What fabulous women you all are - we hope you enjoyed your days at the salon as much as we enjoyed giving you a very well deserved pamper. And of course, for those of you who don't already know, Meliza has officially started her maternity leave - we miss her already and can't wait for her gorgeous little girl to get here and join our Elle family. N for November, N for New...? As a loyal client we wanted you to be the first to know - big things are coming this November! We were working away on something very exciting during Lockdown and it's nearly time for you to see it. We are SO excited!! For now, all we can say is that it's definitely worth booking an appointment in the month of November, but keep an eye on socials during October to see if you can guess Sarah's Secret! Part of our news is the introduction of new salon software designed to truly elevate your experience, from new online bookings to a client app and new bespoke accounts. As we transition in October, you might receive duplicate appointment confirmations from us as we transfer onto our new system - please bare with us. |

We have completed a thorough Risk Assessment of all the services that we offer at Elle and as result have made some changes to our hair and beauty rooms. We have also undertaken a thorough review of the processes we follow in order to provide our services and how clients use our Salon and have adjusted these in order to adhere to social distancing and hygiene guidelines. The Hair Salon has been thoroughly sterilised and new screens have been installed in order to create shielded stations. In Aesthetics & Beauty, all treatments take place in separate sterilised rooms, including our new manicure/ pedicure room. All of the Team have received full Covid-19 training and we have procured all of the required PPE, including masks, visors, aprons and gloves. We ask that you please bring a mask with you when attending your appointment. |
