Recently we have been asked to assist by the RFS and the N.S.W Railways to assist moving people in the fire affected areas on the Southern Highlands from Campbelltown to Goulburn and beyond.
Our team have kept as many rail passengers moving when rail lines are closed due to bush fires along the rail corridor particularly between Campbelltown - Bargo - Mittagong - Moss Vale - Goulburn and Canberra.
We are not wishing to seek accolades of any kind however, we wish to make mention of our coach drivers for being available often giving up annual leave both day and night at short notice to assist the people that have been impacted along this corridor, some of which are elderly or non drivers being able to leave the area. At times the Hume Highway has been closed and this has also impacted on the operation. Unfortunately, some of our drivers have had personal losses due to the fires in there own areas but they kept the rail passengers moving.
Thank you!
