Getting Caught Up

Truthfully, I don’t know where the past two weeks have gone.

I have been hunkering down on my mindfulness & intentionalism. Which has felt really nice. I’m trying my hardest to pay attention to my daily habits, how I want to use my platforms, and how I can best learn more things to share with others who are looking to live more sustainable/well lives.

All of this stemmed from really questioning my platform, but also, truthfully, feeling like I’ve been on this continuous loop of “needing to do errands” and getting nothing done.

It’s crazy how easy it is to get caught up in easy routines, and distracted by the things that don’t matter. But taking space for a week to truly and intentionally dive into it all, hunker down to sift out what matters from what doesn’t, I think has made a difference. Only time will tell. But what I do know, is that I have much more to learn, and that's super exciting! More books to read and info to absorb and I'm so excited for it!

While I'm not an ethical fan of wool, this article was interesting! Especially the company using food waste as textile dyes!
