Hello SEED members and friends! We hope you've all stayed healthy and safe over the last few months. SEED kicked off the year strong and we had so much great encouragement from all of you, which gave us the steam we needed to propel forward. Then the pandemic knocked the wind out of our sails, as we’re sure it did all of you. We were very sad to have to cancel the economic forecasting event in March and our May job fair. Many of us thought it would all blow over quickly, and we are now realizing we may have to get used to a new normal. Where does SEED fit in? How can we be a part of that conversation about the future? What can we do to provide our members with both a sense of consistency and variety during such uncertain times? These are questions we're continuing to ask ourselves, to let you know that we are still here for you. You showed up to let us know that this organization is valuable and we want to continue to provide you with resources and events to maintain that connection! |

For the remainder of 2020, all scheduled events will be held virtually. Since regulations are changing almost daily, we are uncertain whether we'll be able to have the golf tournament at this time. As things continue to unfold, we will determine whether it is possible for this year or if we’ll need to postpone it as well. Ticket refunds from our cancelled economic forecasting event will be processed shortly. All memberships will carry over to the 2021 calendar year. |

On Wednesday, July 29th, SEED and Corporate Member Premier Fire Consulting will be hosting a virtual high-piled storage and sprinkler presentation! Learn about the hazards and fire protection associated with high-piled combustible storage.
