Expanding Horizons

Enhancements in Our Device

We're thrilled to share that our innovative device has reached a new milestone. It's not just about lower limb exercises anymore; our device is now equipped to provide upper limb and functional exercises as well. We're working diligently to develop a range of quick-change attachments that will enable the device to cater to a diverse array of patients, addressing various conditions of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. But that's not all; we've also introduced gamification features. These interactive games make therapy engaging, motivating patients to stay committed to their rehabilitation journey.

Welcoming New Talent through MIT ADT Institute Collaboration

As part of the thriving MIT ADT Institute ecosystem, we have the privilege of collaborating with bright and enthusiastic students every semester. Recently, we concluded an induction session for these students, who have volunteered to contribute their skills and energy to our startup. This collaboration will aid us in revamping our marketing materials and researching the possibilities of new therapeutic games, aligning perfectly with our goal to provide cutting-edge solutions in the world of physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Virtual physiotherapy: more than fun and games

Discover how virtual reality and interactive games are revolutionizing therapists to utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance patient engagement, create enjoyable rehabilitation experiences, and redefine traditional therapy methods. The article also highlights the ageless appeal of VR, as it is embraced by clients of all ages, and the challenges in selecting and implementing the right technologies in clinical practice. Researchers are exploring VR's potential to create customized, immersive experiences for functional training and cognitive rehabilitation in people with brain injuries, offering a safe and controlled environment for therapy. At ForHealth, we're harnessing the power of gaming to push the boundaries of healthcare, making therapy a fun and engaging experience.
