CHANGES IN CLASS SCHEDULE FOR SEPTEMBER
Please note, we will not be having any classes Friday, September 1st through Monday, September 4th, in observance of the Labor Day weekend.
But get ready to sweat after the holiday because, not only will our regular classes return, we are trying a new class for September on Wednesdays!
Beginning Wednesday, September 6th, we will be adding a lunchtime Power Yoga class.
12:15-1:00pm
This class will be a midday, midweek flow designed to get your blood pumping and then cool you down with a nice little Savasana before you head to back to work!
Also, we are discussing doing a 6-week 6:00am Boot Camp class on Tuesdays mornings starting the last week in September. If you are interested, we need your feedback so please respond to this email and let us know!
