The Safety Dance

In many instances, life is summed up as a dance. We dance robotically through our daily routine. We dance fast when attempting to keep up with our performance-based culture. We dance gracefully when living in the present moment. What kind of dance do you perform throughout your day? How do your emotions influence your dance? How does your physical body affect your dance performance?

 

Dealing with chronic pain and illness can leave you feeling unsafe in your body. The uncontrolled voice inside your head only creates more fear, worry, stress then anxiety.

 

Our bodies are capable of healing themselves. Our minds can be transformed to experience positivity, ease and joy throughout each day. We can even learn to listen to our body's messages and respond to its needs. Many have already begun the Ultimate Truth Process for Self-Healing, and you can too!

Releasing the Summer

Water Breathwork

 

The last day of summer marked an end to an incredible water breathwork season for Breathworx614!

 

Along with this client, many emotional releases occurred transforming the path to healing. The body is a key player in releasing trauma. It is not just psychological! Incorporating the body is called somatic healing. Trauma can be stored from a whole lifetime of experiences. Incorporating the body along with the mind in your healing journey, leads to lasting transformation!

 

What does it look like when trauma is released from the body?

*Often a body movement takes place (a shake, quiver or release of emotions).

*The body will often soften as if it is letting go.

*A change in body temperature may also occur.

 

How do you feel after trauma is released from the body?

*Peaceful

*Light

*Energized

*At Ease

*Clear-minded

 

Do you have to know the trauma you have collected to experience a release?

*NO!

*It is not necessary to name the trauma. All that is necessary is your breath & willingness to be open to a release.

 

The best part about somatic healing? It doesn't have to happen in the water! Clients of Breathworx614 experience releases during in-person and virtual breathwork sessions held 1-on-1 and in group format.

Fall is a time of apparent change. For many, change can create stress. Stress can be experienced psychologically, physically and emotionally. And when a real drain on the body occurs, you can be sure that it is linked to illness or worse, disease.

 

Our mind, body and emotions naturally respond to our occurrences. No matter if these occurrences are expected or unexpected, when our responses go unchecked, and we unconsciously respond without managing it, our overreactions can cause harm to our mental, physical and emotional bodies. Therefore, it is not the stress that causes physical illness or disease.
